➤ How do I find a product?
Use the Search bar at the top of any page or explore by category in the main menu.
➤ Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes. Click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. View saved items under My Account › Wishlist.
➤ How do I know if a product is in stock?
Stock availability appears on the product page:
- In Stock: You’ll see an “Add to Cart” button.
- Out of Stock: You’ll see an alert option to notify you when it’s available again.
➤ Can I check out as a guest?
Definitely. Guest checkout only requires shipping and payment info. Creating an account offers order tracking, address storage, and exclusive deals.

➤ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and most debit cards.
➤ Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Camoringshop uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your data is protected at every step.
➤ Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Enter it at checkout in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field and click Apply.
➤ What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll see an on-screen error and receive an email. Check your card details or try another payment method. Still need help? Contact support.
🔄 Order Returns & Exchanges
➤ What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery for most non-sale items in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
➤ How do I return an item?
- Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item with the invoice and ship it back to us.
➤ Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items—and one-time size/color exchanges—are free.
➤ Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for size or color (one per order). Contact support with your order number and desired option.

➤ How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–15 business days depending on location. Please allow extra time during holidays.
➤ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to the United States.
➤ Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
➤ What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
First, check your tracking status. Email us at [email protected] so we can investigate.

➤ When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds go to the original payment method.
➤ Are there items that can’t be returned or refunded?
Yes. Sale items, personalized goods, and items without original packaging/tags may not be eligible.
