Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem—just act fast.

  • Cancel Within 24 Hours:
    Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll cancel and refund it in full—no fees, no fuss.
  • After 24 Hours:
    Orders are sent to production after the 24-hour window and can no longer be canceled. All products are made to order, which means we cannot halt production after this stage.

Order Exchanges

To prevent disappointment, please double-check your:

  • Size selection
  • Design choice
  • Shipping details

We do not offer exchanges for errors in these selections. If needed, you may cancel your order within the 24-hour window and place a new order.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a major error in design, size, or material
  • The product does not match the description significantly

❌ Not Eligible for Refunds

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items with minor thread issues
  • Orders with customer-generated errors (e.g. typos, wrong image uploads)
  • Returns without original tags or packaging

How to File a Refund Request

To begin, email [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Your full name
  2. The order number
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Clear photos of the product
  5. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
  6. Whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if applicable. Do not ship anything back until you receive our confirmation and a return address.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are generally issued within 2 business days of return approval.
  • Funds may take up to 10–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you haven’t seen the refund after this window, please contact your card issuer or bank.

Important Reminders

  • The refund request window is 180 days from the delivery date.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by customer input or incorrect shipping details.
  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please use a trackable shipping service.
