To begin your return, please reach out within 180 days of delivering your item by visiting our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at [email protected].

When reaching out, please include the following:

  • Name used on the order
  • Order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  • Your preference: refund or replacement

Please note: Returns due to customer errors (misspellings, wrong sizes, low-res images, etc.) are not eligible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your order before checkout.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for non-sale items under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 180 days from the delivery date
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags are still attached
  • A sales receipt or invoice is included in the return package

Step-by-Step: Returning Your Order

  2. Package your items with a printed copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship your return via your preferred courier or local post office. Be sure to provide us with a tracking number once it’s in transit.
  4. Wait for confirmation – once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the status of your refund or replacement.

Return Processing Time

After receiving your return, we typically review and process your request within 2–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
